Frequently asked questions
Can I order just one item?
Yes. We print single pieces for private clients as well as large runs for businesses. Quantity only changes the price per item.
What file types can I send?
Vector files such as PDF, AI or SVG give the sharpest result. High-resolution PNG or JPG files also work. If you only have a low-quality logo, send it anyway and we will tell you what can be done.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Yes. Every order gets a proof for you to approve. We only print once you confirm it.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product and the quantity. We confirm a delivery date with your quote so you can plan around it.
Can you match my brand colours?
We check your artwork against your brand colours and tell you before printing if a colour will shift on a particular material.
Do you work with companies and offer repeat orders?
Yes. We keep approved artwork on file so uniforms, mugs, stickers and banners match every time you reorder.
