Terms and Conditions – InCTRL Printing Services

These terms and conditions apply to your use of inctrl.co.za (the “website”) and to any purchase you make from InCTRL Printing Services (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About us

InCTRL Printing Services provides T-shirt printing, sublimation, stickers, banners and related products. Our address is Canna Street, Doornpoort, Pretoria, 0186, South Africa. You can contact us at chris@inctrl.co.za.

2. Using the website

You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We will email you an order confirmation, and a binding contract is formed when we accept your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is an error in the price or description, or we cannot verify payment or artwork. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).
All prices include VAT.
Payment is made at checkout through the payment methods offered on the website, currently PayFast.
Production starts once your payment has been received.
We make every effort to show correct prices. If a price is clearly wrong, we may correct it and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel with a full refund.

5. Artwork, designs and proofs

You are responsible for checking your artwork, text, spelling, sizes, colours and quantities before you approve an order or a proof. Once approved, we print exactly what you approved.
You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos, text and images you supply, and that they do not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.
We may refuse to print any material that we believe is unlawful, offensive, or infringes third-party rights, and will refund you for that part of the order.
You indemnify us against claims arising from the content you ask us to print.
Colours may differ slightly between screens and the printed product, and between print methods and materials.

6. Delivery

Delivery is covered in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the ECTA.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including our logo, text, designs and images, belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission. Your artwork remains yours, and you give us permission to use it only as needed to produce and deliver your order.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our control, such as courier delays, power or network failures, or the information you supply being incorrect. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

We process your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at chris@inctrl.co.za so we can try to resolve it. You may also approach the National Consumer Commission or the relevant consumer goods and services ombud.
